Zone Gym is a Fully equipped Hammer Strength training center. We have over 200 specialist hand-picked machines that cater to all bodybuilders and athletes.
We have an impressive full range of Ivanko Dumbbells, Barbells, and Plates in our free weights section. We’re proud to have some of the most unique and top-of-the-range equipment that you won’t find anywhere else.
We have a dedicated cardio suite, with several different specialist machines including two Stair Master Climbers, four Elliptical Cross Trainers, an Arc trainer, and a load of Treadmills and Bikes.
We have Boxing facilities including a Heavy Duty Punch Bag, and a Speed Ball. You also have access to changing rooms, showers, a free car park, an in-house supplement store, and Professional Sports Physiotherapy treatments.
We have been an established gym for 18 years and have many world-class athletes who are part of the team here at Zone Gym. We take pride in being known as the best gym in London!
